Colors/Colours Early Literacy Sliding Book

The Colors/Colours Early Literacy Sliding Book is designed to be one of the first books that your young child can read. Children get to see colors/colours as categories on the main pages of the book shown including a variety of shades, and then four specific examples from each category are shown in more detail with different named colors/colours on the sliding tabs. For instance, the page focused on blue shows the word "blue" in blue, the background shows different shades of blue, and the sliding tab shows a typical blue as well as navy, sky, and cobalt.

This book is designed to help young children understand, say, and read words. The primary purposes of this book are to introduce your child to 48 colors/colours and to sort them into 10 higher-level categories (red, orange, yellow, etc.). Additionally, we show the children specific hues, tones, or shades and their names. For babies, toddlers, and young children ages 3 months to 7 years.
